Located in Los Gatos, Cedar creek is a memory care community which offers high-quality and specialized care for residents. This location spans over an acre of land and features patio areas, a large backyard, an herb garden and much more. Our staff provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

•    Oak Creek   •

Located in Castro Valley, Oak Creek is the first of our locations and accommodates 38 residents. Oak creek is bordered by lush greenery and beautiful trees allowing residents to relax and enjoy nature. This location features an aviary, herbal garden, flowerbeds, an outdoor patio and more. Our staff is here to provide care for residents through every stage of memory loss and dementia.

Located in Castro Valley, Willow Creek sits on over an acre of land and offers residents beautiful grounds, a private outdoor area, and gardens that feature perennials and vegetables. At this senior living community, we offer high-quality memory care, dementia care, independent living, and assisted living.
