In 1991, The Creeks opened the first memory care community in the San Francisco Bay Area exclusively for people with Alzheimer’s disease and various forms of dementia. Over the years, we have created a warm, comfortable, and fun environment for our residents. Our activities program is exclusive to The Creeks communities and part of our proprietary integrated approach that allows our residents to truly thrive here.

All three of our San Francisco bay area memory care communities are dedicated to serving your loved ones. Our staff are equipped with the tools and amenities to provide exceptional dementia care and allow for the little worries to be taken care of. The Creeks specializes in the key areas of memory care including 24-hour monitoring, nutrition and hydration which provides three wholesome meals daily and fall precautions.

Our staff observes residents to recognize any unusual behavior, monitors medication and provides social engagements that achieve a sense of belonging, comfort and overall independence.
